Reality Race 5K Registration Now Open!!

Reality Ministries is a local Durham community based, inter-church youth ministry organization. Staff and volunteers are committed to developing mentoring relationships with adolescents, especially by serving at The Reality Center. They strive to be a place with no margins; a safe place where all people are valued and accepted equally. They want their friends to know that the deepest Reality of their lives is God’s love for them as demonstrated by Jesus Christ.

All proceeds will be given to support Reality Ministries.

The Reality Race 5K trail is a running and walking course around the perimeter of the Washington Duke Golf Course and Inn and is known to locals as the Al Buehler Trail, named after the longtime Duke Cross-Country coach. Although not technically part of the Duke Forest, the trail is maintained by the Office of the Duke Forest as a service to the University and the Durham community.

Packet Pick-up will be on Friday, December 11 at ActivEdge Fitness.
The race will take place on Saturday, December 12, 2009 at 12:00 pm.
