Dillon Lesniak, ATC, CSCS
Athletic Trainer • Strength & Conditioning Specialist • Sports Enthusiast
Dillon is a Licensed Athletic Trainer and Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist who works with patients across a wide range of rehabilitation needs. He also provides sports performance training for individuals looking to enhance their athletic development or return to sport following an injury.
He has a diverse range of experiences that have shaped his approach to rehabilitation and sports performance. Dillon earned both his bachelor’s and master’s degrees from Liberty University, where he served as a Graduate Assistant Athletic Trainer, covering Men’s Soccer and Baseball. After completing his master’s degree, he completed a sports performance internship at Champion Sports Performance and Physical Therapy in Boston before working at Duke Orthopedics. These experiences have provided him with opportunities to work with professional and collegiate athletes seeking to optimize performance, as well as post-operative patients recovering from surgery.
Dillon believes in using exercise as a tool to improve function and empower patients with the skills and confidence to feel their best. While he utilizes a variety of modalities to help clients achieve their goals, he believes that functional training is the foundation for long-term health and performance success. He continually refines his training methods by applying them to his own athletic pursuits, including competing in club ultimate frisbee. In his free time, he also enjoys spending time outdoors and pursuing photography, and can often be found hiking local trails or exploring the mountains.
