Every new personal training client at ActivEdge begins with a free initial evaluation with one of our personal trainers. During this 30-minute session, we’ll talk through your fitness goals, exercise history, and what you’re looking to achieve.

From there, your trainer will guide you through a series of functional movements to establish your baseline, identify opportunities for improvement, and help create a path forward that fits your body, your goals, and your lifestyle.

This appointment is completely free and gives you a chance to experience what training at ActivEdge is all about.
