ActivEdge’s Mollie Pathman
December, 2011
The Duke Women’s Soccer team made their first appearance to the NCAA College Cup Finals in almost 10 years. Although the Blue Devils lost to Stanford 1-0, Duke’s head coach, Robbie Church, led the team to end an impressive season with a record of 22-4-1. Although the first half was without points, ActivEdge’s, Nicole Lipp, was one of the first to shoot for the Blue Devils. Mollie Pathman, another ActivEdge athlete who plays for Duke, received the NCAA Elite 89 Award. This award is presented to the student-athlete who has the highest cumulative GPA of all the students competing in the championship finals. Congratulations to these girls, and to Duke!
