ActivEdge is proud to launch their 2nd annual edition of their popular winter Indoor Cycling class. WARNING – THIS IS NOT YOUR AVERAGE CYCLING CLASS!

Using state of the art Wattbikes, each person will receive tailored, data driven feedback. The classes will be designed around personal power and heart rate outputs and will be looking to improve on Functional Threshold Power (or FTP). We will test at the beginning and end of the 14 week series using proprietary Wattbike science. The intimate setting of this class organically creates both connection between participants and the bike as well as with instructors and co-participants. Be ready to work hard and see the results! With the Wattbike, you get a brand that set out to create what others thought was impossible: an indoor bike for cyclists. An indoor bike which replicates the feel of the road whilst providing cycling-specific performance data. An indoor bike which makes structured training easy and helps every rider achieve their goals. See more about the bikes here: Wattbike info

Classes* are interchangeable and will be held Monday and Wednesday mornings, 6:30am-7:30am, instructed by Rutland Tyler and Monday and Thursday evenings, 5:30pm-6:30pm, by Brian Diaz.

*Monday morning and evening classes will be identical. Wednesday morning and Thursday evening classes will be identical.

The 14 week series is looking to start on Monday, November 13th and go through middle of February. You can pay for the full series or have individual drop in-rates provided there are still slots available after the full series participants register. The cost will be $400 for the whole program (2x a week for 29 sessions and a savings of $180) or a drop in rate of $20/session.

ActivEdge only has 5 bikes to keep the intimacy of class so be sure to sign up online or let a staff member know to reserve your spot – first come, first served!
