The 2010 Trinity Volleyball Team gathers around the trophy after a tough fought win

For the second time in the year of 2010, Trinity School of Durham and Chapel Hill has won a state title. These two state titles, in golf, and now volleyball, are the first two state titles the school has won. On October 30, 2010, Trinity School left no doubt that they were the best volleyball team in 1A competition. After losing to Shannon Forest twice during the regular season, Trinity beat them at home, in the championship. ActivEdge’s Lauren Hubbard, Bryn Morgan, and Danielle Skakle, all played major roles in the victory.  Lauren, who led Trinity in kills this past season earned first team All-State honors. Bryn Morgan also made first team ALL-State as well. Congratulations Trinity School and to our ActivEdge athletes! Check out the Boxscore to Championship Match!
