The staff at ActivEdge had the pleasure of training and rehabbing 15 athletes that are headed to college this year:
Jay Bowman – graduated from Durham Academy. A dual-sport athlete who was looking to play both soccer and lacrosse in college before breaking his neck in a freak accident in a spring lacrosse match. He has been cleared to continue soccer and will attend Hampton-Sydney College.
Cam Chambers – finished a post-graduate year at Blair Academy playing on the basketball team after starring at Durham Academy for 4 years. Headed to UNC-Wilmington.
Will Delvin – graduated from East Chapel Hill and helped their lacrosse program grow into a state powerhouse as a PAC-6 All-Conference player. Headed to University of Mary Washington.
Katy Dodd – graduated from Apex High School. Won a soccer State Championship at Apex HS, a State Championship with Triangle Futbol Club ’89 Navy team, and a National Championship with the U20 TFC Super Y team. She is headed to Appalachian State University.
Kelly Dodd – Katy’s twin sister also graduated from Apex High School. She too, won two soccer State Championships and a National Championship. She is headed to UNC-Wilmington.
