ActivEdge Sports Performance Center uses advanced strength and conditioning principles to help athletes move, train, and compete at a higher level. Our training methods are used by today’s top professional, collegiate, and amateur athletes across sports including soccer, lacrosse, field hockey, baseball, football, volleyball, basketball, track and field, and golf.
Every program is functional, intentional, and strategically designed around the demands of the athlete’s sport. Training sessions are built to develop sport-specific skills while improving the physical qualities athletes need most.

Our trainers use time-tested full-body movements along with current research, modern training tools, and performance-based progressions. Every athlete is challenged with individually tailored sessions based on their personal strength deficits, athletic weaknesses, sport demands, and long-term goals.
At ActivEdge, we are proud to have trained athletes who have gone on to attend schools across nearly every NCAA Division I conference. We have also worked with Division II and III athletes, junior college athletes, U.S. National Team members, Olympians, High School and Collegiate All-Americans, and elite professional athletes in the United States and overseas.
Because student-athletes balance practices, games, tournaments, travel, and schoolwork, we offer flexible training options to fit different schedules, seasons, and performance goals.
