ActivEdge and Tom Duhling Training Systems paired together to help sponsor a local women-only sprint triathlon. Ramblin’ Rose women-only triathlons are designed to celebrate the empowerment of women. These super-sprint triathlons consist of a 250 yard swim, 9 mile bike, and 2 mile run. The Ramblin’ Rose Triathlon Tour consists of 3 events across North Carolina: Winston-Salem, Charlotte, and Chapel Hill. The one in Chapel Hill started and finished in Meadowmont Village and had a wonderful turnout of active women and their children.
