Gabe Dimock
Physical Therapist • Performance Coach • Movement Specialist
Gabe grew up in Greensboro, North Carolina and attended Appalachian State University, where he earned his B.S. in Exercise Science in 2013. During his time at App State, Gabe was a walk-on catcher for the baseball team and went on to earn team MVP honors his senior year. After graduation, Gabe spent four years as a baseball performance coach, studying the biomechanics of hitting and throwing while coaching athletes in hitting, catching, and sport-specific performance.
Gabe later earned his Doctorate of Physical Therapy from UNC-Chapel Hill, graduating in 2020. He is certified in SFMA Level I and integrates functional movement, manual therapy, and performance-based training into his treatment approach.
Outside of the clinic, Gabe enjoys sports, exercise, and spending time with his wife and two boys.
