Cancellation Policy: AE has a 12 hour cancellation policy. This is more generous of the typical 24 hour policy for most studios and physical therapy clinics, but we understand that some things come up that make it difficult to cancel in advance of 24 hours. Since our policy is only 12 hours, we hold firm to this policy and will bill you for scheduled session if you have not notified staff or used our online scheduler to cancel your appointment. Physical therapy appointments MUST call to cancel or will be charged a $50 late cancel/no show fee.
