Personal Training

ActivEdge is not a health club or a fitness center in the conventional sense. Every person that walks in will be tied to a personal training program of a suitable level that is tailored to fit your needs and your budget, with guidance and assistance throughout. Large health clubs are filled with people who feel lost and disconnected. At ActivEdge, you only have two jobs: SHOW UP, WORK HARD.

ActivEdge offers both private one-on-one and semi-private or small group personal training. Private is the traditional one-on-one session scheduled directly with the trainer. Semi-private training is our most economical and popular choice where members receive personal attention and guidance while sharing the gym with no more than 4 people per trainer. Some come with their own groups, but many just jump in and make new “exercise friends” that end up training at similar times. Since we offer personal training at varying levels to fit your lifestyle and price range, over 95% of ActivEdge clients continue once they finish with their first training program and several of our members have been with us since the grand opening.

With private and semi-private sessions, you are free to pay at the end of the month, or opt for a slight discount with a package deal. If you choose the packages, you are free to use the sessions whenever you want, but you need to attend at least twice a month to remain active. For those paying per session, billing will be at the end of each month. In order to allow our clients the most exposure to the gym without having to pay for an additional local gym membership, if you come at least twice a week to meet with your personal trainer, unlimited use of the gym is included — even for the days that you are not scheduled to meet with your trainer — to do exercises independently. All packages include a free initial functional movement assessment, history review, and orthopedic evaluation by a licensed physical therapist.
